Do you have a question about registration or our waiting list? Please contact our planning department by sending an email to kindplanning@kidsandcarrots.nl. Would you rather speak to us on the phone? Call 088 19 55 003.

For changes in your child’s care and to request exchange days, please use the Konnect OuderApp. This directly reaches the staff at your location, allowing us to respond promptly.

Lost your login details for the app? Send an email to kindplanning@kidsandcarrots.nl. For substantive questions or uncertainties, please contact the location manager.

If you wish to terminate your child(ren)’s childcare, send a written termination to kindplanning@kidsandcarrots.nl.

Got a question about one of our locations? It’s easiest to contact the location directly by calling or emailing them. You can find the contact information on the specific webpage of the location. On the location page you can also request a tour.

For questions about invoices, payments, or direct debits, you can contact the Accounts Receivable department. Send an email to debiteuren@kidsandcarrots.nl. If you prefer to speak with us over the phone, please indicate this in your email.
