Questions about registrations, contracts and waiting lists

For questions about registrations, contracts or waiting lists, you can contact us at kindplanning@kidsandcarrots.nl.

If you prefer to contact us by phone, we are available on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You can reach us at +31 (0)88 19 55 003.

Changes

For changes to your child’s childcare arrangements, you can also contact the Child Planning department via kindplanning@kidsandcarrots.nl.

Cancellations

Would you like to terminate childcare for your child(ren)? Please send your written cancellation to kindplanning@kidsandcarrots.nl.

Would you like to report your child absent for a childcare day? You can do so via the Konnect Parent App. Requesting swap days is also easiest through the app. This information is sent directly to the staff at your child’s childcare location, allowing us to respond quickly. In addition, this ensures that all communication between you as a parent and us as a childcare organization is stored in one central place.

If you have content-related questions or need clarification, please contact the location manager.

Got a question about one of our locations? It’s easiest to contact the location directly by calling or emailing them. You can find the contact information on the specific webpage of the location. On the location page you can also request a tour.

For questions about invoices, payments, or direct debits, you can contact the Accounts Receivable department. Send an email to debiteuren@kidsandcarrots.nl. If you prefer to speak with us over the phone, please indicate this in your email.
