Groups
Smaller groups
We work with small groups of children than other childcare centres. Our baby groups accommodate a maximum of six babies aged 0 years and a maximum of six toddlers aged 1 to 2 years. The toddler groups accommodate a maximum of twelve children. The law states that we may care for sixteen children from the age of two. We have deliberately chosen to keep the number of children much lower, so that the children literally and figuratively have more room to grow and develop.

Natural and sustainable materials
Our groups are decorated in a homely atmosphere with soft, warm colours and natural, durable materials. The space is furnished with care and invites children to play and develop. The Kids and Carrots childcare centres see the space and materials as an important educational and pedagogical tool for the children’s development.
More time and space
We work with horizontal groups, which means that the groups consist of children in the same age category. This enables us to gear the supervision, design, materials and activities to the group and the individual. The groups are supervised by permanent pedagogical staff.
